Level 3 Leadership and Management

Lifetime deliver this qualification as a work-based learning programme that is designed to meet individual needs.
There are two different programmes within the Leadership and Management course. Tier one is suitable for managers that have been in their role for a while and are looking to take on more responsibility and tier two is for newer managers who are currently developing their management skills.
This is a charted qualification from the
Institute of
Leadership and Management (ILM).
Lifetime offer the level 3 Leadership and Management and Leadership and Management (Project – Led) qualification FREE of charge for learners aged 16 – 24 years*. Our funding has come from the Skills Funding Agency and there are no hidden costs to the learner or the employer.
*To be eligible for the funding learners must have a contract of employment for a minimum of 16 hours a week and not be qualified to HND or degree level.
