Course Name: Your Staff Team, Your Best Asset: How to Support Them to be Outstanding
Course Aim: To support setting managers in developing the knowledge, skills and confidence to get the best from their staff team.
Course Details: This course will explore how managers and leaders in settings can best support their staff in their work within the setting. The course will look at team development, building team work, mentoring supervision, staff development and appraisals.
