Course Title: Basic Food Hygiene
Course Details: For those whose work involves handling or preparing food. It covers all you need to know about basic food hygiene.
Course Outcome:
The qualification will cover:
• Legislation
• Food safety hazards
• Temperature control
• Refrigeration, chilling & cold holding
• Cooking, hot holding & reheating
• Food handling
• Principles of safe food storage

Course Time: 9:30am - 4:30pm
Venue: The Withywood Centre, Queens Road, Withywood, Bristol, BS13 8QA
Price: Subsidised - £50 (per person) for those working in Early Years, Childcare and/or Playwork within the Bristol Local Authority area.
Non-subsidised - £60 (per person) if: (a) you work in another part of the Children & Young People sector or (b) you work in a setting outside the Bristol Local Authority area.
